Juanita Quevedo is a Biology and Chemistry teacher at Otay Ranch High School in the Sweetwater Union High School District. Earlier this year, she organized PhUn Week, (Physiology Understanding) in March of 2010 sponsored by The American Physiological Society (A.P.S.) to involve more scientists in outreach to schools in their communities.
